At Onsite, our team and our experience are our key asset. Our clients often demand flexibility from us and as innovators in our field, we have created the OnSite “Rent-a-Brain” Service to allow sporadic access to our experts.
For many of our clients, we spend days, weeks and even months and years OnSite, working in-house as shadow operators. Our remit is wide and our job in these circumstances is to intimately understand a company, working closely with management and/or shareholders. This is, however, not what all our clients require.
We recognise that our expertise can be required in a more targeted fashion and we therefore offer our this service to parties wishing to tap into our ‘brains’ and seek our advice on a general and specific issues. We understand that at times, having an independent and knowledgeable expert who has a thorough understanding of the sector you operate in or are seeking to better understand can be invaluable. At times, talking through an issue with an independent and experienced third party can provide a fresh view on a longstanding problem.
The service is wide reaching and topics range from understanding licensing, negotiating supplier contracts or discussing how to better manage cash flows. We also provide this service to financial and industry analysts wishing to better understand the hospitality sector and in our capacity as experts in the field, we provide expert advice in legal situations.
